This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected when you visit movemozg.com or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR").
The controller of your personal data is Mateusz Cyryl Prus, conducting business as a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (CEIDG), Tax ID (NIP): 5422907067 ("Move Mózg Agency", "we", "us").
For any privacy-related matter you can contact us at contact@movemozg.com.
Booking & general enquiries. When you email us or use a contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, event/venue details and the content of your message) in order to respond and to discuss a potential booking or collaboration.
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we process your email address to send you news about our artists and events. Our newsletter is operated through MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each message.
Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to collect anonymous statistics about how the site is used (e.g. pages viewed, device, approximate location). See our Cookie Policy for details.
We rely on: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for analytics cookies and the newsletter; the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) to handle booking enquiries; and our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in securing and maintaining the website and answering general correspondence.
We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf: Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC (analytics), UAB "MailerLite" (newsletter), and Vercel Inc. (website hosting). Each acts under a data processing agreement and only on our instructions.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States). Where this happens, transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings. Consent records are kept for up to 180 days (the lifetime of the consent cookie), after which we ask again.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. To exercise any right, contact us at contact@movemozg.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
